DEPOSIT-RELATED SERVICES
Account Access Facility
A facility which allows a depositor-client to access his account with the bank from his own Personal Computer (PC) that is remotely connected to the bank's mainframe.
The facility allows Account Inquiry service such as:
- Account Balance (Today's / Present Day balance)
- Present's Day Transactions (Month to Date)
- Previous Month's Transactions (Year to Date)
- Balances of All Accounts of the Client (Aggregate Balance of Accounts)

Allied Check Writer Service
|
A facility that answers the cash disbursement and check preparation requirements of corporations. Allied Bank will be the facilitating arm of companies who wish to avail of this service.
Companies may choose between:
- Credit to Account Mode
- Manager's Check pick-up
|
|
Automated Teller Service (ATM)
| A service whereby deposit accounts can be accessed through the Automated Teller Machine (ATM). |
|
Deposit Pick-up / Delivery
| A service of the bank limited to clients maintaining substantial deposits to pick up their deposit or deliver cash to their business place or office. |
|
Direct Deposit Arrangement for US SSA / Veterans / OPMs / Pensioners
| An arrangement covering the payment of monthly pension benefits to US SSA and VA Pensioners / Pensioner's dependents or beneficiaries in the Philippines through credits to their respective US Dollar or Peso Savings Account maintained at any Allied Bank office or branch of their choice. |

Payroll Arrangements
An arrangement whereby the disbursement of a company's payroll is facilitated through the crediting of individual ATM accounts of employees. A mother account shall be maintained by the client-company where the payroll funds shall be debited, while employees are required to open an individual ATM Savings Account.
The mother account should either be a:
- Peso Savings
- Peso Current
- NOW Account
- AAA account

Point-of-Sale (POS) Facility
|
A system which allows the Bank's AT Cardholders to pay for merchandise sold and services rendered by merchants (establishments under arrangement to honor BancNet Member Banks' ATM Cards) with the use of their AT Cards. Payment is effected by debit to the Cardholders' supporting accounts/at the point of sale.
The POS System allows the following transactions through the use of AT card:
- Account Balance Inquiry
- Payment of Merchandise Purchased and/or services rendered by merchant.

Postdated Checkkeeper
| A facility wherein the bank safe keeps and monitors the depositor's Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) for eventual deposit when these fall due. |

Safe Deposit Boxes (SBD)
|
A special service offered by the Bank where boxes of various sizes are leased to valued/established clients for a specific period of time and wherein the terms and conditions of the lease are governed by lease contract. The minimum period of the lease is one (1) year and subject to renewal yearly, unless either of the parties decide to terminate the lease.
