LOAN PURPOSES AND LONGEST REPAYMENT TERMS:

The age of the borrower should not exceed 65 years old at loan maturity and the term of loan should not exceed the remaining economic life of the improvement.
EASY PAYMENTS OPTIONS: Pay your monthly amortization through post dated checks or automatic debit arrangement of your Allied Bank Account.
LOANABLE AMOUNT: Maximum of sixty percent (60%) to ninety percent (90%) of the appraised value of the property or corresponding construction cost, if for house construction (depending on loan amount).

FOR INDIVIDUAL BORROWER:

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS:
  • Fully accomplished Consumer Credit Application Form
  • Housing Loan Proposal Form and Documentation Checklist
  • 3 copies of Universal Specimen Signature Card
  • Photocopy of at least two valid ID's (SSS / GSIS, Passport, Driver's License, NBI Clearance, Marriage Contract, Company ID)
  • Two (2) 2" x 2" ID Pictures
  • Signed CTC and TIN
  • Location sketch of residence / business address
FINANCIAL DATA:

      1. If Employed
    • Current W2 or ITR for the past two (2) years with stamped "Received" by BIR
    • Certificate of Employment indicating tenure, salary, and positions
    • Recent payslip covering one (1) month pay           
      2. If OFW
    • For Seamen: latest crew contract and employment history
    • For contract workers and immigrants: employment contract or Certificate of employment & Salary to be authenticated by the Phil. Consulate upon loan approval)
    • Proof of monthly remittance or Payslips for the past three (3) months
      3. If engaged in Business
    • Certificate of Business Registration with SEC or DTI
    • Current Audited Financial Statements and Income Tax Return with stamped received by the BIR.
    • Bank Statement / Passbook for the last six (6) months (optional)
COLLATERAL DOCUMENTS:
  • Photocopy of Owner's Duplicate Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT)
  • Photocopy of Tax declaration of Real Property including improvements if any
  • Location plan and Vicinity Map of property to be mortgaged
  • Authorization of Owner for inspection and appraisal of property
OTHERS:
  • Construction and Renovation
    • Building plans and specifications
    • Construction cost estimate and bill of materials certified by Architect or Contractor
    • Certificate of Occupancy
  • Refinancing
    • Statement of Account from Mortgagee Bank
    • Official Receipt (OR) covering payments of monthly amortization for the last (6) months
    • As built plans
    • Photos of the interior and exterior of the property
    • Certificate of Occupancy
    • Other evidence of original cost of construction
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) - equal to loan amount
  • Fire Insurance - equal to the appraised value of the improvement
    • Contractor's All Risk Insurance - for construction loan only (to be converted into Fire Insurance upon project completion)
    • Master File Policy - for condominiums only
All insurance to be endorsed to the Bank.
*Deposit applies to Regular Peso Current Account with Allied Bank
