The placement can be withdrawn after a fixed period of time and upon surrender of the certificate. The interest rate is higher than the regular savings rate and varies depending on deposit amount and term. |

B. Top Provider Time Deposit
| A 5-year time deposit with tax free interest earning and rates higher than regular time deposit rates. The interest earning are tax-free provided there is no pre-termination made. Interest is credited monthly to an affiliate non-term peso deposit account. In case of pre-termination, entire interest earnings can still be withdrawn - less the appropriate tax. |

C. Top Provider Plus Time Deposit
An enhancement of the Top Provider Time Deposit which gives the client two options as to interest-setting:
- Fixed rate for 1 year - wherein interest rate is fixed for one year and re-priced annually
- Fixed rate for 5 years - wherein interest is fixed for the entire 5-year period
In case of pre-termination, the deposit shall be subject to withholding tax and applicable percentage of interest earned. |
