- A trust fund set up to meet the unique requirement of the client relative to investment outlet, disposition of the fund, conditions precedent or vesting of rights of the beneficiaries.
2. Investment Management Account
- An agency arrangement whereby the client grants the bank (investment manager) the authority to invest funds in certain assets.
3. Living Trust
- A trust fund set up during one’s lifetime with the aim of planning for the future.
a. Accumulation Trust
- A trust fund built up/accumulated over a period of time to meet specific future needs (i.e. Educational Requirements & Retirement Fund).
b. Life Insurance Trust
- A trust fund set up for the purpose of allocating the future proceeds of your life insurance policy to be used for any purpose or payments depending on the instruction of the client.

- A trust arrangements to safeguard and manage the assets and properties of persons who may be disabled, incompetent or too young to manage properties they acquired or inherited.

- A trust arrangement set up to manage investments in real properties by facilitating the performance of specific tasks such as collection of rent, payment of real property and income taxes, securing of fire insurance coverage.
