| How to start Mobile Banking |
1. ACTIVATE YOUR MOBILE BANKING MENU
- On your mobile phone, Go to SMART MENU, select MOBILE BANKING
- Click on ACTIVATE, then press OK.
- You will receive a confirmation message that your menus have been activated.

2. ACTIVATE YOUR ENROLLED BANK IN YOUR MOBILE PHONE
- Go to SMART MENU and select MOBILE BANKING
- Select ACTIVATE BANK. Press OK.
- Select ATM-PIN to activate your bank. Press OK.
- Enter the bank code. Press OK.
- Enter you ATM card number. Press OK.
- Confirm activation by pressing OK.
- Enter your ATM-PIN. Press OK.
- You will receive a text message confirming your activation.
- The name of your bank will now be displayed in your Mobile Banking sub menu for easy access.

MAKING A BALANCE INQUIRY
|
- Go to SMART MENU, Select MOBILE BANKING.
- Select a BANK. Press OK.
- Select BALANCE. Press OK.
- Choose ACCOUNT. Press OK.
- Select account you wish to view (ie. SAVINGS or CURRENT)
- Confirm viewing of balance by pressing OK.
- Enter your ATM M-PIN.
- A text message will be sent to you containing the latest available balance.

MAKING A FUND TRANSFER

- Go to SMART MENU, Select MOBILE BANKING.
- Select a BANK. Press OK.
- Select TRANSFER. Press OK.
- Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK.
- Choose the recipient account. Press OK.
- Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK.
- Choose the orginating account. Press OK.
- Select currency. Press OK.
- Enter amount to be transferred. (Use # or * in place of the decimal point) Press OK.
- Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK.
- Enter your ATM M-PIN. Press OK.
- You will receive a text message confirming your fund transfer transaction.

BUDDY RELOAD
|
- Go to SMART MENU. Select MOBILE BANKING
- Select a BANK. Press OK.
- Select RELOAD BUDDY. Press OK.
- Choose between MY BUDDIES or OTHERS. (You may choose MY BUDDIES to store nos. that you frequently reload. To personalize your Buddies List, go to SMART MONEY and click on PERSONALIZE)
- If you choose OTHERS. key in the cellphone number of recipient. Press OK.
- Confirm payment by pressing OK.
- Select BANK. Press OK.
- Select the Account from which you will debit the reload amount. Press OK.
- Select reload amount. Press OK.
- Confirm reload transaction by pressing OK.
- Enter your ATM M-PIN
- You will receive a text message confirming the amount successfully reloaded to the airtime of your recipient
