The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) awarded Allied Bank with a Certificate of Appreciation for the Bank's invaluable contribution to PRC's benevolent mission of providing blood and helping save lives of Filipinos. The award was conferred during PRC's Blood Donors Recognition Ceremony 2012 held at the Sofitel Hotel last August 14, 2012. SVP Cora D. Corpus (third from right) received the award on behalf of the Bank.

     The ceremony was also graced by Governor Rosa Rosal, Chairman of the Blood Service Committee; Mr. Richard Gordon, Chairman of PRC; and former President Fidel V. Ramos.

     As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, the Bank, through the Corporate Affairs, Product Development and Marketing Department, continues to conduct Blood Donation Program on a semi-annual basis.
